Older buildings with or with deferred maintenance items
Sale/Leasebacks for all or part of the property
Properties with Trust or Partnership Issues
Cash infusion into a partnership or property
Management expertise required
Partner and lease buyouts
Joint ventures desired where we bring capital and/or expertise
