Managing Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets

Albert joined The STRO Companies in 2023 and serves as the Managing Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. In his role, he is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s acquisitions, capital markets and strategic growth initiative. Prior to joining STRO, he was the Managing Director of Acquisitions for TSCG Investors. He has commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, development, and dispositions. Recent investment focus areas have included industrial, retail, office, multifamily and redevelopments including ground-up development. Prior to that, Albert worked in the Financial Markets division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused primarily on real estate and structured finance transactions. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he served in the United States Coast Guard. Albert holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU and an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University.
