Zach La Motta is a recent graduate of Vanderbilt University. Zach is active in the company’s acquisitions and leasing group, as well as managing major capital projects. Matthew Pecoraro is Director of Management Services for Stro’s portfolio of direct investments Prior to joining Stro, Mr. Pecoraro worked in both accounting and technology. He is lifelong New Jersey resident and a graduate of Penn State University.

As part of Stro’s commitment to the next generation of real estate executives, Steven Millstein, President and Founder of Stro, hosted New Jersey NAIOP’s Developing Leaders “Evening with a Legend Dinner” program at his home in Ridgewood. At the dinner he shared his experiences and vision of the industry to a sold out group of young real estate professionals. “I was really pleased to be a part of this great program. It’s important the commercial real estate community embraces millennials and the next generation of real estate professionals. Our industry’s leaders are aging. Developing new talent for Stro and the industry is not only a necessity, but an investment in the future.” said Millstein. “At Stro we recognize our industry’s next generation of professionals is a smaller pool than in the past. At the same time the industry has grown, and the need for experienced real professionals has increased with it. We are actively cultivating bright, hardworking young people to start their careers at Stro with the intention of growing them into leadership roles.” he added.

Founded in 1994 by Steven Millstein, The Stro Companies (“Stro”) maintains a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of investments in industrial, flex/industrial, retail and multi-family properties. Stro actively pursues new “Value-Add” and “Stabilized” small to medium size industrial real estate acquisitions in Northern New Jersey.
