Senior Property Manager

Connor Briggs serves as the Senior Property Manager for STRO, overseeing all asset and management operations throughout the Southeastern Region. In this role, he directs day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and capital improvement initiatives across the regional portfolio. Known for his proactive management style, Connor focuses on maximizing operational efficiency, strengthening tenant satisfaction, and protecting long-term asset value.  Connor holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He brings more than eight years of senior-level property management experience across the Colorado and Florida markets, with a specialization in large-scale industrial, medical, and mixed-use assets. His expertise includes budgeting, CAM administration, construction oversight, financial reporting, and ownership communication.

Connor is committed to building strong relationships with tenants and vendors while ensuring his properties operate at the highest professional standard. His hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex operational challenges make him a trusted partner in the management of STRO’s Southeastern portfolio.
