Eli Gelfand joined The STRO Companies as a Senior Analyst in August 2025. He supports strategic decision-making through financial modeling, investment analysis, and collaboration across teams. His work spans portfolio forecasting, project performance tracking, and evaluating new investment opportunities, while also contributing to capital markets initiatives and overall financial strategy.

Prior to joining STRO, Eli spent a year as a commercial mortgage broker and two years at Ernst & Young in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) division. He graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
