Director of Property Enhancement

Zach Skrivanic serves as Director of Property Enhancement for The STRO Companies. In this role, Zach oversees and manages property operations and enhancement initiatives across Stro’s industrial real estate portfolio in Northern New Jersey and Florida. Zach leads capital improvement projects, and ensures timely execution of repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. He is responsible for managing vendors, maintaining compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, and ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Zach also performs frequent site inspections and works closely with senior leadership to track budgets and project performance. Prior to joining STRO, Zach held leadership roles in residential and commercial property management, overseeing large-scale assets and multifamily portfolios across New Jersey. A former college football player, Zach holds a B.S. from Montclair State University and brings over 7 years of experience in portfolio property management.
